We are seeking an experienced Factory General Manager to join our client's team in Preston.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the factory to achieve high performance standards, driving efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivery in previous manufacturing team leadership roles, experience of leading cross-functional teams in the consumer sector and exposure to different functions.

The salary for this role is estimated at around £90k per annum, plus car and benefits package.

This is a permanent position that requires the ability to lead by example, develop and implement change management initiatives and drive best practice manufacturing standards.
