Zoetis, a leading manufacturer of animal pharmaceuticals, is seeking a skilled Aseptic Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assisting with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures, ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
- Monitor processes and report unusual circumstances and events to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with mechanical setup procedures in an aseptic environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Use scientific measuring devices to establish and verify fill volumes, check specific gravity, and perform routine environmental monitoring.
- Learn and apply USDA and APHIS requirements to assembly operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document processes accurately and completely in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical skills and personal computer usage.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and apply safety procedures, standard operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and departmental procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and respect for co-workers.
- Manual dexterity, with the ability to stand for extended periods, sit, kneel, crouch, and climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.

- High noise levels, with hearing protection required.
