About the Role:
We are seeking an Aseptic Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As an Aseptic Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures in a cleanroom environment.
- Monitor processes and report any unusual circumstances or events.
- Assist with mechanical setup procedures in an aseptic environment.
- Use scientific measuring devices to establish and verify fill volumes, check specific gravity, etc.
- Perform routine environmental monitoring.
- Learn and apply USDA and APHIS requirements to assembly operations.
- Document processes accurately and completely in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical skills.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Read, interpret, and apply safety procedures, standard operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and departmental procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a cleanroom environment.
- Constant standing for extended periods.
- Frequent need to sit, kneel, crouch, and climb.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
