Aseptic Technician – Filling, Lyophilization, Capping 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Zoetis, the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of animal pharmaceuticals, is seeking an Aseptic Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As an Aseptic Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
- Monitor processes and report any unusual circumstances or events to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with mechanical setup procedures in an aseptic environment to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Use scientific measuring devices to establish and verify fill volumes, check specific gravity, and perform routine environmental monitoring.
- Learn and apply USDA and APHIS requirements to assembly operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document processes accurately and completely in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical skills and personal computer usage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Working Conditions
- High noise levels; hearing protection required.
- Frequent exposure to heavy items; ANSI 75 safety shoes required.
- Exposure to cleaning agents/chemicals; PPE as required.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts; ensure safety shields are always in place.
- Exposure to extreme temperature variations; PPE as required.
