San Carlo Liverpool is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Events Manager to join their team.

About the Role

The Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for working with restaurant General Managers in their region to plan and organise events, building a strong network of businesses and local communities to maximise sales opportunities, and ensuring new guests are continually fed into the business using a proactive sales approach to market the San Carlo current offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with restaurant GMs to plan and organise events
  • Build a strong network of businesses and local communities to maximise sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with new, existing and regular guests
  • Ensure new guests are continually fed into the business using a proactive sales approach to market the San Carlo current offering
  • Continually drive sales through private bookings and events
  • Marketing of the restaurants through social media accounts - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
  • Ownership of inbound sales and the booking system, maximising sales opportunities
  • Regularly attend networking events and sales opportunities to stay informed about market trends

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
