Emotional Development Specialist

We are seeking an Emotional Development Specialist to join our team in the Eton/Windsor area.

  • This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can provide emotional support and guidance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs and be able to participate in professional development and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' emotional development and well-being.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs.
  • Provide regular updates to parents and carers on students' progress.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum. Join a dynamic SEN School and help support students' emotional and behavioural growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEMH support.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
