Mental Health Assistant Opportunity

Academics Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues in our specialist school based in Windsor.

This role offers a chance to work alongside experienced therapists and psychologists, gaining valuable experience in Special Needs and Mental Health support.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic team member who can establish strong relationships with students, families, and staff. If you have a passion for supporting vulnerable children and are willing to learn and develop skills in a therapeutic approach, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the academic learning, emotional wellbeing, and behavior of students with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists and psychologists to provide a high-quality, child-centered service.
Salary and Benefits:

£80-95 per day (full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am)

This position is ideal for graduates in fields such as Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology, offering a chance to gain experience in a therapeutic setting.
