About the Role:
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, ensuring that customer expectations are met with the highest level of customer care. The Store Manager will also plan sales strategies to maximise store profits, demonstrating a strong business acumen.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Lead the team in delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Store Operations: Responsible for all aspects of store operation, ensuring policies and procedures are understood and implemented by all the team.
- Team Development: Motivate and develop the team to improve performance.
- Stock Management: Responsible for stock management and visual merchandising, together with head office.
- Product Expertise: Be expert product and fit advisor, training team and providing customer advice.
- Brand Representation: Ensure that the brand ethos is understood and shared by all the team.
- Community Representation: Representing the company within the local retail community.
About You:
Previous retail management experience is essential, ideally within the lingerie business, but will consider other backgrounds.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about customer service and about helping the customer feel comfortable in the bra fitting experience.
- Communication Skills: Great communication and organisational skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Financial Management: Budget management experience, including payroll.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership and training skills.

- Competitive Salary: Salary £29k-34K, including London weighting and dependent on experience.
- Holiday Entitlement: 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days with length of service.
