Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PC Services Engineer to be the face of IT for our end-users. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and resolve complex problems across various locations and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
  • Investigate and resolve major technical issues for all Diligenta users
  • Install equipment and software for major projects, including site and floor planning
  • Solve complex problems for users accessing IT services from office and remote locations
  • Ensure adherence to Diligenta's IT support procedures
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding of Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix, Server, and other technical toolsets
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 7, and Citrix environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to diagnose technical issues and identify SMEs for resolution
  • Customer-focused with a passion for improving the end-user experience
  • Excellent communication skills
