  • Manage all transport shift activities, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns from drivers and other stakeholders.
  • Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and the Transport Team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping, as well as utilizing the telephone for communication.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proven customer service and administration experience, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Self-sufficient and able to prioritize workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Available to start immediately, with a flexible approach to working hours.
The Role:
  • Day and night work available, with a varied shift pattern.
  • Working 7 days a week, with weekend work required (every other weekend off).
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.14 for days and £14.30 for nights, paid weekly.
