Credit Control Role Overview
CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Credit Control professional to join their central Bournemouth, Dorset client's finance team on a permanent basis. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to support the implementation of new processes and work closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase payments via phone and email
- Internal communications for updates on payments
- Assist in billing processes and raise credit notes
- Provide aged debtors reports for the finance and wider business teams
- Take payments
- Provide monthly reports for senior management on aged debtors reports and work in progress write-offs
Requirements:
- Excellent track record of building client relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with confident Excel and analytical skills
- Enjoy streamlining processes and supporting the implementation of new procedures
Additional Benefits:
- 35 hour week (9-5 Mon-Fri)
- Central Bournemouth location with great transport links
