Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is an internationally renowned consultancy firm specializing in Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Interior Design, and Development Management. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our new Building Surveying Department.
About the Role:As the Head of Building Surveying, you will be responsible for establishing and growing a new department that complements our existing services. Your strategic plans, team building, and operational frameworks will align with our overall vision. This role offers autonomy to define the department's direction, including service offerings, business development, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Department Leadership: Develop and lead the Building Surveying Department, setting the strategic direction and overseeing all operational activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Cost Consultants, Interior Designers, and Development Managers to deliver integrated solutions across sectors.
We require a Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent, with extensive experience in building surveying, ideally in the luxury consultancy sector. A proven track record of leading a team or department, business development, and client relationship management is essential. In-depth knowledge of the hospitality, commercial, residential, and education sectors is required.
