Senior Nursing Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinic Nursing Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical care to patients while maintaining their privacy and dignity. This includes documenting clinical tasks, managing emergencies, and undertaking blood glucose monitoring and venepuncture under supervision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Document Clinical Activities: Accurately record all clinical tasks and interventions performed on patients.
- Respond to Emergencies: Promptly respond to medical emergencies and take appropriate action to ensure patient safety.
- Monitor Patient Conditions: Regularly monitor patient conditions, reporting any concerns or abnormalities to relevant healthcare professionals.
- NVQ2 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
