About This Role
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Boots and the new Sephora opening in Birmingham city centre. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and increasing brand awareness, and building customer loyalty.
Key Performance Indicators
• Meet or exceed sales targets while promoting our Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer
• Increase brand awareness and customer loyalty through effective promotional strategies and events
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications
Benefits and Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
