Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate sound leadership qualities and an understanding of management styles. You will also require knowledge of quality and change in the clinical setting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a variety of settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Recovery Model, Mental Health Act (1983), and effective care coordination. They will also be familiar with relevant national policies and guidelines, including evidence-based and reflective practice.
