About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Mobile Night Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide floating support to our teams in high support 24-hour projects, as well as medium support and transitional housing units.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of our properties through the night, maintaining clear records of night time activity and conducting regular building checks.
  • Monitor CCTV and uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with YMCA DownsLink Group's policies and procedures.
  • Work to prevent anti-social behaviour from impacting our neighbours and other residents, collaborating with other support staff to maximise the well-being of our service users.
