Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide professional advice, guidance, and support to employees and managers across the college, ensuring a comprehensive Human Resources Management (HRM) service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries and issues
  • Contributing to the development of systems and processes to enhance HR service delivery
  • Managing HRM portfolios, including case work, such as disciplinary procedures, grievances, absence management, and recruitment
  • Providing coaching and training to managers on people management issues, policy, and procedure
  • Analyzing trends and metrics to inform effective HR service development and delivery
