Job Summary

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experience. We are seeking a skilled Complaints Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing our service quality.

Main Responsibilities

As a Complaints Coordinator, you will be integral to the formal complaints process, ensuring compassionate engagement with patients and their families. You will also ensure that all complaints are handled efficiently, empathetically, and in compliance with NHS guidelines.

Key Duties

Manage the entire lifecycle of complaints, from initial receipt through to resolution, working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a timely and satisfactory outcome.

Collaborate with the Formal Complaints Manager and Patient Experience and Engagement Data Lead to develop the patient experience function and support service groups in delivering the Patient Experience and Engagement Strategy.
