Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable populations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Job
This role involves supporting the Team Manager in leading the team to provide high-quality care and support to our young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, providing guidance and supervision to junior staff members, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Relevant experience working with vulnerable populations
