This role involves working closely with the store team to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, while minimizing stock loss. You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware of potential risks.
A key aspect of this position is assisting the store management in creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere, by identifying and communicating risks, completing safety checks, and reporting information. You will also act as a deterrent on the shop floor and ensure that company policies and standards are adhered to at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a retail environment, be self-motivated and able to use their initiative, and possess excellent communication skills to build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,256 per annum, plus commission-led bonuses across a wide range of products, monthly group rewards, and recognition. Other benefits include 28 days' holiday, 40% instore uniform discount, discounted gym membership, ride to work scheme, and group-wide 20% discount across all Frasers Group brands.
