Business Systems Manager

Identify Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Manager to join their team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of key business systems and infrastructure, implementing strategic objectives, and managing I.T. costs and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upgrade networks and servers, ensuring efficient server upgrades and migrations.
- Manage and monitor controlled access to the company's network and associated systems.
- Internal responsibility for the company's ERP system, including support and maintenance.
- Accountable for facilitating software and hardware upgrades, ensuring successful delivery within budgetary limits.
- Responsibility for ensuring the ERP system is fit for purpose and meets internal stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain and develop Local VBA based solutions and provide controlled user access to data from the ERP system using SQL/VBA.
- Manage the I.T. and telecoms budgets.
- Manage all I.T. contracts and third-party relationships, coordinating and delegating tasks, projects, and monitoring third-party support to ensure value for money.
