Business Systems Manager

Identify Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Manager to join their team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of key business systems and infrastructure, implementing strategic objectives, and managing I.T. costs and investments.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and upgrade networks and servers, ensuring efficient server upgrades and migrations are implemented as required.
- Manage and monitor controlled access to the company's network and associated systems, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Internal responsibility for the company's ERP system, including support and maintenance to ensure it meets internal stakeholder requirements.
- Accountable for facilitating software and hardware upgrades, ensuring they are delivered successfully and within budgetary limits.
- Responsibility for ensuring the ERP system is fit for purpose and meets internal stakeholder requirements, including maintaining and developing Local VBA based solutions and providing controlled user access to data from the ERP system using SQL/VBA.
- Manage the I.T. and telecoms budgets, ensuring value for money is achieved through effective contract management and third-party relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with experience in network and server management, ERP systems, and business process improvement. They will be a motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
