Business Systems Manager

Identify Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Manager to join their senior leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of key business systems and infrastructure, implementing strategic objectives, and managing I.T. costs and investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and upgrade networks and servers, ensuring efficient server upgrades and migrations.
- Manage and monitor controlled access to the company's network and associated systems.
- Facilitate software and hardware upgrades, ensuring successful delivery within budgetary limits.
- Develop and maintain Local VBA based solutions and provide controlled user access to data from our ERP system using SQL/VBA.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks, projects, and monitor third-party support to ensure value for money.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on business systems and network management.
Strong technical skills, including server management, network security, and software development.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
