Business Systems Manager

Identify Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Manager to join their team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of key business systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and upgrade networks and servers, implementing efficient server upgrades and migrations when required.
- Manage and monitor controlled access to the company's network and associated systems.
- Accountable for facilitating software and hardware upgrades, ensuring they are delivered successfully and within budgetary limits.
- Maintain and develop Local VBA based solutions and provide controlled user access to data from our ERP system using SQL/VBA.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks, projects, and monitor third-party support, ensuring the business is receiving value for money.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and business systems, with experience in managing and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure. They will be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
