Job Description

This exciting opportunity as a Strategic HR Business Partner on a six-month fixed term basis will allow you to work closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive strategic plans and results.

As a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will provide coaching, guidance, and support on key matters while offering visible leadership to the business.

You will be the key link between the HR Team and the business, ensuring that activities align with business strategy and add value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute a workforce strategy that underpins regional and global strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Talent Management: Create a sustainable talent model underpinned by location and talent strategy, applying Strategic Workforce Planning.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching abilities to support the leadership team on people issues and personal development, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
  • Succession Planning: Facilitate succession planning activity to ensure continuity and smooth transition within the business.
  • HR Transformation: Manage the delivery of a complex multi-year workforce transformation program from a people perspective, resulting in a significant shift towards a new Target Operating Model (TOM).

What We Offer:

A highly competitive salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid and flexible working, great compensation package, discretionary bonus plan, core benefits, 25 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, 3 volunteering days, and more.
