Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Estimating and Procurement Specialist to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and submit timely and accurate estimates for standard products using our in-house MIS system and Microsoft Excel.
  • To liaise with account management teams to ensure that all relevant information is exchanged between departments.
  • To negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value within quality and time Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • To manage the supply chain, including forecasting goods into the business, to maintain optimal stock levels and availability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or estimating roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
