Overview

Haven, an award-winning Bourne Leisure family, is seeking a skilled Accommodation Support Manager to join its Facilities Leadership Team. Located in Hemel Hempstead, our company operates 39 beautiful seaside locations with over 9,000 fantastic team members.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary from £33,000, plus attractive benefits, including up to 50% discount off food on Park and 20% discount in our shops. Job Description
As a key member of our Facilities Leadership Team, the Accommodation Support Manager will be responsible for managing the administration and systems for efficient laundry control and delivery. This includes ensuring timely and accurate processing and distribution of linens and laundry, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining optimal stock levels. The role also involves coordinating the maintenance and distribution of mattresses and hire goods, ensuring all items meet quality standards, and guaranteeing vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage laundry control and delivery systems
- Ensure accurate and timely linen and laundry processing and distribution
- Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
- Coordinate mattress and hire good maintenance and distribution
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with regulations

Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned leader with proven experience in leading large teams in a cleaning services or similar environment. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in inventory management, knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations, and excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. A strong decision-making ability is also essential for this role.
