Job Summary

This Administrative Support role will provide critical assistance to the Prehab2Rehab team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Key responsibilities include managing clinic bookings, generating reports, and supporting the setup of virtual meetings.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day clinic bookings and resolve identified issues
  • Support the setup of virtual meetings and conference calls
  • Produce data analysis reports and undertake surveys/audits as needed

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) or NVQ Level 3 or relevant experience

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of organizational policies

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £24,433 to £26,060, considering factors such as location and industry norms.
