We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Prehab2Rehab programme.

Main Accountabilities
  • Manage day-to-day clinic bookings and address any arising issues.
  • Assist in setting up virtual meetings and conferences.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to inform programme development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the NHS.

Annual Salary: £24,433 - £26,060

Job Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract
