About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Business Growth Executive to join our team at Direct Distribution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through proactive sales efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Scottish Arts, Leisure, Tourism, and Transport sectors
  • Collaborate with our Chief Executive to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clean driving license and ability to travel
