About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our eDiscovery team as the Head of eDiscovery. As a key member of our Commercial and Contract Management team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our eDiscovery services, including client liaison, partner liaison, sales, business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of our eDiscovery services, including client liaison, partner liaison, sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of the EDRM process.
  • Technical expertise in Relativity and Relativity Analytics, with certifications preferred.
  • Experience working with consultancy/service provider and law firms, with a strong understanding of TAR, CAL, and Predictive coding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Desirable Skills:

  • SQL and Python programming skills.
  • Knowledge of other eDiscovery tools for review, data processing, and analytics.
  • Experience with Big Data and Data Analytics, including MI/BI/CI.
  • Knowledge of Legal and LegalTech, including E-Discovery, Digital Forensics, and EDRM.
