Head of eDiscovery Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of eDiscovery to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our eDiscovery efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of eDiscovery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement eDiscovery strategies and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of eDiscovery services.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our eDiscovery services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of eDiscovery tools and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Relativity and Relativity Analytics.

Desirable:

  • Experience in consultancy/service provider and law firms.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other eDiscovery tools.
  • Understanding of TAR, CAL, Predictive coding, and other eDiscovery technologies.
