Head of eDiscovery Job Description

Brimstone Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of eDiscovery to lead our eDiscovery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of eDiscovery, including technical project management, client liaison, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of eDiscovery strategies, including technical project management and business development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of eDiscovery services with other business areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our eDiscovery services remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in eDiscovery, with a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Desirable:
  • Experience with eDiscovery tools and technologies, including Relativity and Relativity Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Experience in a similar role within a law firm, Big4, or other large eDiscovery provider.
