Job Overview

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Headteacher to join our primary school community in Ealing, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Headteacher in leading the school's strategic direction and drive academic excellence

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation, with a focus on improving student outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
