We are seeking an exceptional SENCO to join our dedicated and supportive staff body at Havering Education Services.

Competitive Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (outer London)

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled SENCO to lead the development of special educational needs provision across our school. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our school and driving improvement in student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic leadership as SENCO
  • Contribute to the development of the school and staff
  • Promote inclusion and high expectations for all students
  • Lead and inspire a team of teaching assistants and learning support staff
Requirements:
  • NASENCO qualification or NPQ SENCO
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Substantial experience working as a SENCO or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation
