About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our team at Tripod Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individual recovery plans that address substance use and reintegration into the community.
  • Lead groups and pods, designing subject matter and materials to engage service users and promote positive change.
  • Collaborate with co-facilitators to debrief and evaluate group sessions, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Engage with service users to identify their specific needs and develop targeted interventions.

About You:

  • Proven experience working with substance misuse issues and related fields.
  • Excellent group work skills, with the ability to manage dynamics and conflict.
  • Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Psycho Social Interventions.
  • Qualification in counselling, group-work, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and communicate complex information effectively.
