Victoria Gardens is a specialist rehabilitation service for men and women with complex mental health needs. The aim of the service is to equip the service users with the functional and psychological skills needed for increased independence and community living.

Under supervision, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating evidence-based group and individual programmes. You will create individual rapports with service users to empower recovery.

**Your responsibilities**
- To provide comprehensive OT assessments.
- Under the supervision, plan and review OT treatment programmes.
- Under the supervision, identify and action referrals both in-house, including support staff, and to external agencies
- Support the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways and protocols at St Mary's Hospital.
- To ensure that contemporaneous, written and electronic records and activity data are maintained following professional and services standards.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC Registration (or imminent/in progress)
- Evidence of ability to research, plan, implement and evaluate a project for specific groups
- Effective written/verbal communication skills
