Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain over 500 independent Indian restaurants and select multi-site groups.
  • Negotiate effectively to ensure optimal profile and return with customers.
  • Regular reporting and liaison with the BCC FSTL.
  • KPIs focus on distribution, volume, and brand-building opportunities.
  • Develop gap plans to deliver success.
  • Build strong relationships across our customer base.
  • Prioritize Kingfisher while leveraging other brands like Peacock Cider, Bombay Bicycle IPA, and 5 Walla.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 18 months' experience in premium drinks sales within the UK On Trade.
  • Demonstrate good gravitas, passion, drive, creativity, and commercial organisation skills.
  • Understand the importance of working with wholesalers.
  • Strong negotiation, organisation, and influencing skills.
  • Track record of developing brands and delivering success.
  • IT literate – Microsoft / CRM systems.
  • Passionate about beer and food in the restaurant sector.
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding.
