">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Cast UK Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the booking of Sales Orders into our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists with attention to detail.
- Gather and update customers' data to ensure accurate records.
- Assist with picking and packing duties as required, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
- Schedule and book courier collections via internal E-portal, ensuring efficient logistics.
- Monitor retail orders via EDI, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
- Liaise with local and international customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform picking and packing duties accurately to meet customer demands.
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse administration, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Proficient in PC literacy and Excel package.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
