Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Caerphilly. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Managing medications and administering prescribed treatments
  • Cooking and preparing hot meals
  • Helping with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Providing companionship and reassurance to our clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others
  • Previous caring experience is desirable but not essential
  • A driving license with access to your own vehicle for work
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends
