**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Pobl Group. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live positive, independent lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the health and wellbeing of residents through regular checks and monitoring
* Provide personal care and emotional support to residents, including medication administration
* Participate in stimulating activities to promote resident engagement and social interaction
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a person-centred approach to care

**Requirements:**

* A background of working with older people is desirable, but not necessary as full training and support will be provided
* Excellent communication skills and a positive outlook
* Ability to respond to residents' emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
* Confidence to work as part of a team in a sometimes-challenging environment
