Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential care and support to elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will be able to work a night shift, with flexibility to offer part-time and full-time contracts to suit your needs. You will be responsible for delivering care to service users, including prompting and supporting with personal care, light household duties, and medication management.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with 'business use' car insurance are essential for this role. You will also be required to work every other weekend or 1 day each weekend.
What We Offer:- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, including weekends.
- A weekend Shift Allowance of £10.00 per day.
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile, with the option to use a Fuel Card.
- Travel time allowance of £11.44 per hour for continuous calls from one service user to another.

- The option to be paid Weekly or Monthly.
