About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at My Care My Home. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Support service users with light household duties, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning.
  • Accompany service users to medical appointments and provide general companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, including weekends.
  • A weekend Shift Allowance of £10.00 per day.
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile, with the option to use a fuel card.
  • Travel time allowance of £11.44 per hour for continuous calls from one service user to another.

  • The option to be paid weekly or monthly.

Requirements
  • No formal qualifications or previous experience in the care sector are required, as full training and support will be given.
