Care Worker Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Pobl Group. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their health, wellbeing, and independence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the health and wellbeing of residents through regular checks and monitoring
* Provide personal care and emotional support to residents, including medication administration
* Participate in stimulating activities to promote residents' engagement and social interaction
* Involve residents in a person-centred approach, respecting their autonomy and dignity

**Requirements:**

* A background of working with older people is desired, but not necessary, as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided
* Excellent communication skills, with an enthusiastic and positive outlook
* Ability to respond to people's emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
* Confidence to work as part of a team in a sometimes-challenging environment, using your own initiative
