We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Estimator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Technical Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and estimation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Cost Budgets and Estimates: Develop and maintain accurate cost budgets and estimates for new contracts, ensuring maximum profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while developing new ones through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adhere to Company Standards: Ensure all estimations adhere to company standards and guidelines, minimizing potential risks and maximizing profit.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to drive business development, innovation, and creativity on client projects.
  • Record Estimation Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all estimation documentation, including site assessments and contract terms.
  • Prepare Financial Documents: Prepare and submit financial documents as required.
  • Manage Multiple Proposals: Balance multiple proposals and estimations simultaneously, ensuring timely submission to clients.
  • Liaise with Other Departments: Collaborate with other company departments to maintain business development and drive new profitable outcomes.
  • Attend Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly sales meetings with the sales manager to set achievable targets and goals.
  • Visit Customers: Visit customers as required to generate new business and maintain relationships.
