Job Title: Technical Sales Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Estimator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Technical Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert sales and estimation services.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost budgets and estimates for new contracts, maintaining and improving current customer contracts and relationships, and adhering to company standards and guidelines when analysing and providing estimations. The successful candidate will have a great understanding of engineering and fabrication, with the ability to read and work to complex engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing cost budgets and estimates for new contracts
  • Maintaining and improving current customer contracts and relationships
  • Adhering to company standards and guidelines when analysing and providing estimations
  • Working closely with management to help with development, innovation, and creativity on client projects
  • Keeping detailed records of all estimation documentation, including site assessments and contract terms
  • Preparing and submitting financial documents when required
  • Balancing multiple proposals and estimations at once, ensuring each reaches the client by the deadline
  • Liaising with other company departments to maintain business development and continuously innovate new profitable outcomes
