At Johnson Controls, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Executive to lead our acquisitions efforts across the UK & Ireland and wider EMEA region within the Buildings Technology Service & Solutions Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • We require a seasoned executive with proven M&A experience demonstrated by a strong deal volume.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive M&A project management experience, including working with multiple stakeholders, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • A successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating acquisition targets and liaising with vendors, establishing a list of targets, cultivating relationships with target companies, and establishing deal hypotheses.
  • This role involves preparing Business Cases, creating financial models, and supporting valuations.
  • The appointed individual will also project manage the M&A process for small deals in the geography and work closely with the Lead Program Manager on new acquisition integration programs.

Requirements

  • A minimum salary of £65,000 is offered to the right candidate, along with a competitive benefits package, including a management incentive, medical, pension, life assurance, employee assistance program, employee referral scheme, electric vehicle scheme, cycle to work, eye care vouchers, and holiday purchase.
  • The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or professional qualification, such as MBA/CIMA / ACA / ACCA.
