Portfolio Analytics Manager

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Analytics Manager to join a distinguished private credit fund with circa $1 billion in AUM. This dynamic firm operates from offices in London, Europe, and the US, focusing on private credit strategies, including distressed debt and real estate investments.

This is a middle office function, not an investment role. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a new portfolio monitoring and analytics dashboard.
  • Supporting the preparation and presentation of quarterly performance reports.
  • Managing ad hoc reporting requests, including metrics calculation for business decision-making and investment performance analysis.
  • Integrating annual business plans and revaluations into financial metrics and business reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a data analytics/modelling function, preferably in a Big 4 firm or a competitor fund.
  • Experience working with financial services clients is highly desirable.
  • Highly skilled in financial modelling and possessing excellent Excel capabilities.
  • Experienced with various programming languages and data visualisation tools, such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Power BI.
