Pub Kitchen Assistant

A leading pub company is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join its team. Our establishment offers a unique dining experience, with a large kitchen team and regular events catering for diverse guest numbers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and service, working closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new menu items and specials. Key responsibilities include championing excellent service through quality food, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding cuisine, and being an active, hands-on kitchen supervisor. We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to develop their culinary skills, drive sales and improve customer satisfaction, and possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a pub or restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
- Strong desire to develop culinary skills and take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods.
- Estimated annual salary: £25,000-£35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
