We are seeking highly skilled LVNs, Paramedics, and EMTs for a Center Medical Specialist position in our plasma donation centers. This role involves performing comprehensive physical examinations to determine donor suitability, building strong relationships with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction, and maintaining strict confidentiality of donor and staff information.

The ideal candidate must be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough physical examinations and establishing accurate medical history to assess donor eligibility
  • Fostering a positive rapport with donors to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining confidentiality of donor and staff information
  • Providing valuable education on general health and counseling donors regarding unacceptable test results
  • Evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events in a professional manner
